Tenant-level booking
Residents in AMC villas can now raise tickets directly from their phone, even if the contract is held by the owner. Permissions are inherited from the property-level invitation — no separate login required.
Faster invoicing
Visit completion now generates a draft invoice automatically. Office staff just approve and send — average invoice-to-customer time fell from 38 hours to 4.
Redesigned visit timeline
The visit detail screen now shows a vertical timeline with every state change, every photo, every signature — and links straight to the technician's GPS trail for that day.
